Speaker Info: Manish Gupta After graduating from Indian Institute of Technology (Mumbai) and University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Manish Gupta was working in a technology company as big as a successful manager in Austin, Texas. During a trip back to his native state, Rajasthan, India, has seen how professional communities living in extreme poverty, because they have access to markets of goods they produce is missing. He was movedfrom their position and decided to do something about it - left his comfortable job in corporate America, he founded Handmade Expressions, a company of fair trade (www.handmadeexpressions.net with the hope that he would succeed in this society, Sustainable employ people who need it most.
